I'm pretty sure that is Matt Farah in that insane 700HP Supra. That, or it's not him and it's the same car that he drove being driven by someone else.

It could be, but the only stark similarities are the Jade Green paint and hood. The 700HP Titan Supra he drove had different wheels (ADV.1?) expensive aftermarket seats (Sparco Milano?) a TRD spoiler, and a stock bumper with a black lip. It definitely sounds similar, and is a powerful yet responsive single turbo setup, so it's possible.
